I need to express a debt of gratitude to City Locks Norwich Ltd. On a wet and dark Sunday evening, our next door neighbour had lost her keys and could not gain access to the house, we phoned several ‘24 hour’ locksmith companies, for only City Locks to answer and turn up promptly even though we were out in the sticks.
